As an EFL teacher, I need to keep up with any updated knowledge such as new teaching materials, teaching strategies, motivational methods, and any novel teaching tools. Massive Open Online Course(MOOC) has been the latest trend for me to learn such. However, more Thai teachers should be exploiting these resources to strengthen their language skills and develop their teaching profession at the same time.
